No. Virtual Wellness Care does not treat medical emergencies. If you are experiencing chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts, or another emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

No. Telehealth services do not replace the need for a primary care provider. Patients are encouraged to maintain routine care with a PCP.

Pricing varies based on the treatment plan, medication option, dose, and clinical needs. Virtual Wellness Care offers transparent, affordable options with no required monthly membership fee. Pricing is reviewed before treatment starts. A free 15-minute Medical Weight Loss Consultation is available.

Yes. Patients may choose self-pay for eligible services.

Virtual Wellness Care is contracted with select insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS, BCN, Cigna, Priority Health, Ambetter, Molina Healthcare, Medicare, and Medicaid. Optum/Oscar and Tricare are currently in process.

No. Coverage varies by plan, service, and state. Some services, including medical weight loss, may not be covered by insurance.
